For New Student information visit our rates and our schedule pages. You can register at the studio please print and fill out the registration form and bring the studio at the time of your first class attendance. We also have forms available a the studio. A yoga mat, towel and water are required for class. Please arrive 15 - 20 minutes early for your first class.

For 30 days, as a group, we will focus on eating only the REAL, WHOLE foods our bodies were meant to digest. In 30 days, the 30 Clean Team will teach our challengers how to reintroduce those foods back into their diets slowly and methodically so they can bio-hack their own bodies to look for intolerances or allergies.

"Warm 75 " A 75 minute  modified Bikram series  is in a WARM room.
This class offers a slower approach to Hatha Yoga. 

Modifications are encouraged for students to ease into their yoga experience.
The room is still heated, but to a lower temperature.
This class is for people who might be healing an injury or need help with the proper alignment.

Yin Yoga ONGOING

Yin is conducted at average room temperature.
It is the practice of learning how to breathe well and relax muscles so the ligaments have the capability to stretch.
Our hips and shoulders house an incredible amount of stress.
YIN is the perfect yoga for learning how the release it, and yet it takes time.
