Come join Brenda in her Pilates class to connect or reconnect to your core strength. The core consists of abdominals, back, glutes and inner thighs. This class will take you through a series of classical Pilates movements that will establish this connection in every position.
Hot pilates is a mat based sequence of exercises performed in heated room. By combining the Pilates principles with heat, this class covers itall – stretch, cardio and toning for a strong and sculpted body.The heat helps to warm up muscles, allows for a deeper stretch and detoxifies the body through the release of toxins in sweat.
